RiverHeath Willow is a commercial development along the Fox River in the City of Appleton. Tanesay Development, the developer for this project, hired Davel Engineering & Environmental in 2015 as their civil engineer for this project. The overall project consists of several high-end multi-family/condominium buildings, various commercial suites, and a Marriott hotel. Currently, we are working on the second residential building. Since this project is redevelopment, grading, and stormwater management design of a hotel and surface lot on a site with significant site constraints, including municipal infrastructure and steep topography within a relatively compact land footprint was our main challenge.
